Yes, we are proud to be a pet-friendly community! We understand that pets are an essential part of your family, and we welcome them here. Our location offers plenty of green space for walks, and we're just a short drive from local parks. We provide off-street parking for all our residents, so you won't have to worry about finding a spot when you come home. This is a great convenience that adds to the ease of living at Valley View. And for those who have more parking or storage needs, we also rent garages.

Our location is fantastic for accessing some of the best that Cedar Rapids has to offer. You're just a short drive from the unique shops and restaurants at the NewBo City Market, and the Lindale Mall is also nearby for all your shopping needs. For a fun night out, you can catch a show at the Paramount Theatre.

ARE THERE ANY PARKS OR RECREATIONAL AREAS NEARBY?

Absolutely! We are fortunate to be located near some of Cedar Rapids' beautiful parks and trails. The Cedar River Trail is perfect for a scenic walk, run, or bike ride, offering a great way to enjoy the outdoors.

WHAT ARE YOUR OFFICE HOURS?

Our leasing office is open to assist you Monday through Friday from 9am to 4:30pm. We are closed on the weekend.

HOW ARE MAINTENANCE REQUESTS HANDLED?

We have a dedicated on-site maintenance team that is committed to keeping your home in great shape. You can easily submit any maintenance requests through our convenient online resident portal, and our team will address them promptly and professionally.

ARE UTILITIES INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY RENT?

For specific details about which utilities are included in your monthly rent, we recommend contacting our leasing office. Our team can provide you with a clear breakdown of all associated costs.

DO YOU OFFER FURNISHED APARTMENTS OR SHORT-TERM LEASES?
